To forward a voicemail message.
Step 1, Get voicemail by pressing the voicemail icon on your phone or dialing 8111
Step 2, Enter your PIN followed by #
Step 3, Listen to your voice messages. When you get to one you want to forward, press 5 after you have listened to it.
Step 4, Say a little message about the forwarded message then Press # (or say nothing and press #)
Step 5, The system will talk about name entry but you will want to press ## at this point to switch to number entry. It will tell you that if you listen to the end of this section
Step 6, input the number to forward to. use either an extension or a phone number. Only use the 7 digits of the phone number. then press #
Step 7, Press # to actually send it now.
Step 8, you may now choose to delete or save that message if you want to and then continue listening to the rest of the messages.
Note: an alternative would be to take notes on the message and email the person it is addressed to inform them of the message.
