EAP Method = PEAP
Phase 2 Authentication = MSCHAPV2
CA Certificate = Do Not Validate
Online Certificate Status = Do Not Validate
Identity = Your SJC Email (jdoe@sjcindiana.com)
Anonymous Identity = Blank
Password = Your Log In/Email Password
